Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Software, or another related field)
  • 1+ years of data configuration and digital modernization experience within manufacturing environment.
  • 1+ year of experience project development experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite specifically Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and check technical solutions and compliance documentation to ensure they are compliant with all relevant internal/external stakeholders, customer, and regulatory requirements, within agreed program, schedule, and constraints.
  • Support Business Development and Intelligence projects: Power BI, Alteryx, and similar initiative with process standardization and coordination within the Repair Solutions business.
  • Identify technical problems and apply/integrate solutions with/without guidance of supervising team
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on process reviews, data collection, process mapping, development and implementation for digital transformation projects.
  • Execute and implement methods plans, toolsets and approaches that are appropriate and compliant to achieve the design and program objectives.
  • Identify and assess technical risk for own work and propose mitigations within assigned programs/projects.
  • Develop designs compliant to cost and manufacturing requirements using appropriate techniques for design such as manufacture and assembly (DFMA) and design to cost.
  • Assist business development and digital transformation department with projects and initiatives as required.
