Join the Clean Energy Revolution Become an Engineer 3, Energy Efficiency at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll support SCE's portfolio of energy efficiency (EE) programs. These programs have multi-million-dollar budgets and incentives to adopt energy efficient measures (e.g., heat pumps) or behaviors to deliver energy savings. Within these programs, a set of EE projects, known as Deemed projects, require the creation of the measure package that optimizes the installation process and sets the energy savings, which is then used to calculate savings in all future projects involving that measure. You will play a critical role as key support for senior engineers, completing key tasks such as revising measure packages based on feedback, operationalizing requirements, and providing oversight over data and installation procedures. You will have accountability and ownership over discretely defined deliverables and need strong cross-functional collaboration skills, proficient technical capabilities in measure package writing, and a desire to learn business sense to operationalize requirements. As an Engineer 3, Energy Efficiency, your work will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions and create cleaner air for everyone. Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future?
