You can influence the design of next-generation, minimally invasive devices and work on exciting single-use technologies that redefine standards in urology. The Engineer 3 develops innovative products that address unmet needs for important urological, urogynecology & colorectal conditions. As an integral member of the R&D team, this position is primarily responsible for developing new products and making significant improvements to existing products in the areas of customer features, reliability, and cost. This role requires experience with device design and development, design for manufacturability and a variety of technical skills including failure analysis, product testing, prototyping, statistical analyses, component design, and knowledge of plastic/metal component fabrication techniques. Critical thinking and strong communication skills are also keys to success in this role.
