We work closely as a team and focus on our collaborative mindset and relationships to deliver customer facing value every two weeks. By partnering closely with product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and translating learnings into pragmatic and effective technical testable solutions. The team is open-minded, transparent, and strives to constantly help each other and get better with every iteration.
