About The Position

In this role, you will be working alongside OEM customer teams performing engineering validation tasks supporting aircraft engine development, testing and certification.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or Associate degree with relevant work experience.
• 2+ years relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in technical management of engine parts, repair, engine test, engine assembly and disassembly.
• Familiar with engine work instructions, part/assembly drawings and materials lists.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
• Active security clearance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engine test and/or assembly/tear-down actions between the technicians and IPT/Engineering groups.
• Communicate technical issues to IPT/Engineering groups and work with cross-functional teams to support finding solutions.
• Collect and report flight test data and/or engine assembly/disassembly status to IPT/Engineering groups.
• Local candidates in Connecticut required. Variable shift work sometimes required.
