About The Position

The Engine Oil Licensing and Certification System (EOLCS) Intern During the internship, the intern will gain hands-on experience in the lubricants industry, focusing on engine oil licensing and DEF quality management. The intern will develop an understanding of the key industry-standard development processes and trademark enforcement policies for both licensing programs.Projects and TasksIntern will provide general administrative support in EOLCS annual license renewalsIntern will provide assistance in business user guide development for EOLCS and DEF Intern will be responsible for assisting the EOLCS Trademark Compliance Officer. Intern will work with EOLCS staff to vet unauthorized use of the trademarks and coordinate addition of these unauthorized companies to APIs compliance log

Requirements

• Technical degree, preferably Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Engineering etc.
• Business Administration
• Microsoft Suite of applications, Web Browsing
• Able to remain in a stationary position working on a computer
• Move about the office to access office machinery, meeting rooms, etc.
• Operate a computer and other office machinery such as printers and copy machines
• Transport items and equipment up to 25 lbs. on occasion

Nice To Haves

• Undergraduate degree working towards graduate degree is preferred
