Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification.
• Aircraft maintenance experience is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Action oriented and takes on challenges.
• Team oriented, self-driven and safety conscious.
• Goal-oriented and driven to meet and/or exceed quality expectations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in aircraft assembly and maintenance.
• Ability to work under general supervision and seek assistance when needed.
• Willingness to learn and identify the need for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, troubleshoot and repair airframes, engines and systems.
• Perform modification work on aircraft as required.
• Perform engine and propeller buildup, installation and adjustment as required.
• Diagnose malfunctions, disassemble, rework, repair, replace, reassemble and adjust various systems to complete the aircraft through flight and delivery to the customer.
• Perform duties in a manner consistent with the highest standards of safety.
• Make appropriate entries in aircraft records.
• Complete daily tasks without supervision.
• Participate in daily ergonomic stretching exercises.
