Requirements

  • BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years related experience based on education.
  • Proficient PC skills, including but not limited to excel, PowerPoint, and Matlab.

Responsibilities

  • Gather the latest global hardware specs from 4MOC / ADC and compile a comprehensive plan for application to future, responsible development models.
  • Work directly with all powertrain related function groups to guarantee harmonious hardware maturation schedules and lead critical meetings to resolve conflicts between competing groups / departments.
  • Support investigation of hardware / calibration issues that come up during development and develop corrective hardware plans as necessary.
  • Clearly and concisely report the status of hardware / calibration maturation to both function management side as well as team side.
  • Lead regular test data review meetings and MaruQ preparation events to validate the hardware and calibrations that are being applied to a development.
