  • Prioritize cleanliness and appearance of the facility and work area.
  • Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service to customers.
  • Abide by the Company Playbook, including policies, safety guidelines, and SOPs.
  • Comply with the company dress code and wear required PPE.
  • Perform daily inspections on equipment and tools, reporting defects to supervisors.
  • Conduct general equipment and/or building maintenance as directed.
  • Operate hand tools and fixed equipment such as air compressors and hydraulic shears.
  • Prepare vehicles for processing by removing trash and designated auto parts.
  • Safely remove vehicle fluids, electrical components, and other parts for retail.
  • Ensure vehicles are properly secured during transport and dismantling.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on inventory levels.
  • Meet personal and team performance goals.
  • Commit to working production hours, including occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Work in an industrial, outdoor environment with exposure to all weather conditions.
  • Learn new skills and assist teammates with automotive salvage and recycling tasks.
  • Commitment to delivering friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
  • General automotive mechanic understanding and application.
  • Basic knowledge of auto parts.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use mobile devices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Able to follow SOPs and complete tasks safely and accurately with little supervision.
  • Experience using both hand tools and power tools.
  • Willing and able to stand, walk, bend, lift 50lbs, and stretch as required.
  • Reliable means of transportation to work.
  • Experience in maintenance on heavy operating equipment such as loaders and forklifts.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
