Ford Motor Company is seeking a highly motivated Engine Calibration Supervisor to lead the engineering team responsible for the 7.3L V8 engine (the "Godzilla" powerplant). This role is critical to the success of our most profitable segments: the Ford Super Duty and our diverse Commercial Truck lineup. What you'll do... As the Calibration Supervisor, you will lead a team of engineers to develop, validate, and deliver calibrations for chassis-certified and dyno-certified applications. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of tailpipe emissions, evaporative emissions, drivability, and On-Board Diagnostics (OBD). Your primary focus will be ensuring all programs meet stringent regulatory requirements and Ford’s internal quality standards while optimizing for efficiency, cost, and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers to develop, validate, and deliver calibrations for chassis-certified and dyno-certified applications.
