Engagement Specialist - Administration - Hartford, Springfield or Brattleboro (HCRS Employees Only)
About The Position
HCRS is seeking a collaborative, person-centered and highly detail-oriented professional to join our Admin team as an Engagement Specialist. As an Engagement Specialist, you will support the scheduling of appointments for individuals served and in addition, collaborate with care teams to identify clients at risk of losing services, identify barriers to treatment, and support a collaborative approach engagement in services. Our ideal candidate will have one to three years of related experience, with previous EMR and scheduling experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. The pay for this position is between $21 and $25.1362 per hour.
