About The Position
The Engagement Specialist for UZone is a critical component of the Engagement team as they are involved in maintaining, training, and working with updates in regards to UZone. Your mission is to help prepare and provide comprehensive data to support various aspects of the UZone and Engagement Team. This will be your main focus, as well as you will be required to monitor UZone and audit system and page content, team metrics, manage permission and account settings, assist in UZone training programs, and projects. You will help our team members if they have difficulty navigating the UZone system, as well as diagnose technical problems from team members to determine if the issue is a user error, user system issue, or platform issue. You'll also be required to manage permission and account settings, and work with the platform team if issues arise.
