About The Position

CMI Media Group, a leading healthcare marketing agency, is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Engagement Planner to join our team in crafting and executing impactful media campaigns that reach audiences across multiple channels. In this role, you will build engaging media experiences, master the art of negotiation, become a CMI planning guru, champion operational excellence, and mentor and inspire Associate Engagement Planners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Planner/Buyer with a solid understanding of media fundamentals.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail in campaign planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tactical media plans across a variety of channels, including Display, Custom Digital Programs, Email, Print, POC, and Conferences.
• Collaborate with suppliers at the brand level to secure advantageous placements and maximize campaign reach.
• Utilize cutting-edge planning tools to develop data-driven plans and track campaign performance.
• Manage the execution, activation, and day-to-day operations of assigned campaigns.
• Coach Associate Engagement Planners, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
