Serve as the primary executive liaison, the Engagement Owner ensures that scope, quality, financials, governance, and client satisfaction remain tightly aligned to organizational goals. This role integrates program management excellence, strategic advisory capabilities, and operational oversight to guide cross-functional Oracle Health teams across clinical, revenue cycle, technical, and support domains. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Informatics, IT, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT, consulting, or program management.
  • 5+ years of direct Oracle Health/Cerner program or engagement leadership experience preferred.
  • Proven experience leading large, multi-site, multi-domain programs with complex stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Expertise in project/portfolio management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Prosci OCM credentials a plus).
  • Travel up to 50% will be required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the executive owner and primary client liaison, building trusted partnerships with C‑suite, operational, and IT leaders to align Oracle Health solutions with organizational strategy and outcomes.
  • Lead end‑to-end delivery of Oracle Health implementations, optimizations, and managed services, overseeing multi‑domain workstreams across clinical, revenue cycle, technical, and support teams.
  • Establish and govern engagement structure through executive steering committees, governance forums, and business reviews to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, risks, and outcomes.
  • Own engagement financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, contract compliance, scope control, and change management negotiations.
  • Provide leadership and talent stewardship to cross‑functional, matrixed teams, driving performance, accountability, professional development, and a high‑performing delivery culture.
  • Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring transparent communication, effective mitigation plans, and timely resolution.
  • Drive measurable client success by ensuring quality delivery, SLA and KPI attainment, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement tied to clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
