About The Position

The OCM Engagement Manager will lead large-scale ERP and digital transformations, leveraging extensive consulting expertise and deep mastery of OCM methodologies. This role requires a strong background in managing change strategies across various business functions, including finance, HR, supply chain, and procurement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major ERP systems and cloud platforms, as well as a proven ability to drive stakeholder alignment and governance for global rollouts.

Requirements

  • 12-20 years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally from Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms.
  • Deep mastery of OCM methodologies like ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, and ACMP.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors), Oracle, Salesforce, Workday.
  • Demonstrated history managing multiple change streams.
  • Ability to leverage data-driven tools (Power BI, Tableau, ERP analytics).
  • Expert in stakeholder mapping, communication planning, and interactive training design.
  • Comfortable navigating Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Strong facilitation, influence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience leading diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in global, regulated environments such as healthcare, manufacturing, and finance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead TCS Digital Change 4.0 across Cloud, ERP, CRM, and other large-scale transformations.
  • Develop and implement integrated change strategies across business, technology, and cultural dimensions.
  • Lead cross-functional change workstreams and mentor OCM practitioners in digital engagement techniques.
  • Build use-case-driven digital dashboards and tools to drive engagement, monitor program health, and manage compliance for adoption.
  • Coordinate with business and vendor teams to align mission-critical deliverables.
  • Deliver training roadmaps, readiness assessments, and executive sponsorship development plans.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and introduce governance mechanisms for global ERP rollouts.
  • Balance tactical execution with strategic oversight to ensure sustainable adoption of business transformation initiatives.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $160,000-$180,000 a year.
