About The Position

Acquis Consulting Group is a world class management consulting firm best known for helping ambitious organizations design strategies and putting those strategies to work. With our ‘Think + Do’ approach, we design innovative solutions leveraging strategy, implementation, and digital services for early start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Acquis serves both domestic and global organizations from our headquarters in New York City with satellite offices in Boston, Parsippany (NJ), London and Prague. Acquis is a ‘People First’ organization, representative of one of our core values. Not only do we measure our success through the delivery of our services, but more importantly, through the satisfaction of the people who work here. We have cultivated a tight-knit culture where each individual has an opportunity and responsibility to contribute to our collective success. Due to this collective effort, we are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the ‘Best Small Firms to Work For’ by Consulting Magazine. Acquis is seeking experienced individuals who will bring insight, passion, and intellect to the lasting relationships we establish with our clients. We go to great lengths to hire valuable additions to Acquis’ collaborative and diverse work culture. We are committed to investing in our employees' growth and fostering equity in career opportunities and advancement. The Engagement Manager is a senior owner of client work and a builder of new proposals, pitches, and experiences. This role leads delivery while also helping turn early ideas, leads, or conversations into clear concepts, proposals, and engagements. We work with senior leaders at some of the most complex and recognizable organizations in the world—global consumer brands, Fortune 10 companies, healthcare systems, universities, and public-sector institutions. Our work includes defining go-to-market strategies for new offerings, designing operating models that execute, and running executive immersion experiences with CEOs, CMOs, and senior operators. This is hands-on work. We build with leaders, pressure-test ideas, and move decisions into action.
