As an Engagement Manager at 82i, you will play a pivotal role in our financial consulting projects, working closely with visionary entrepreneurs who have achieved product-market fit and are ready to scale their businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and deliver all client financial consulting engagements on time, ensuring that they align with contracts and financial goals. You will manage all assigned accounts, overseeing financial services agreements, contracts, renewals, extensions, and amendments. This role requires you to lead regular financial strategy meetings to monitor client status, provide updates, and ensure consistency in financial consulting processes. You will also identify opportunities to expand client relationships and services, developing a deep understanding of clients' financial structures, KPIs/OKRs, and strategic financial objectives. In addition to managing client relationships, you will serve as the primary point of escalation for financial consulting initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration and communication between financial consultants, clients, and the 82i team. You will assist in refining and building our financial consulting processes, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback for financial consultants. Your role will also involve overseeing resource scheduling and financial forecasting, training consultants in our systems, processes, and best practices, and ensuring that client invoices are accurate, delivered on time, and paid promptly. You will capture financial case studies and testimonials to demonstrate our value to clients.
