We are looking for an Engagement Manager – Data, Analytics & AI to lead strategic client relationships, own pursuit strategy, and drive account expansion across enterprise clients. This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for commercial ownership, executive relationships, and delivery success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, data/analytics, or technology services roles.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships and driving multi-million-dollar account growth.
  • Experience leading pursuits, proposal development, and deal shaping.
  • Strong experience across AWS, Azure, and/or Databricks platforms.
  • Executive presence and comfort influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel 25%

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall success, growth, and long-term strategy of enterprise client engagements.
  • Own pursuit strategy for your accounts, shaping deal strategy, solution direction, and executive-level positioning.
  • Lead the creation of thought-provoking proposals that showcase Wavicle’s differentiated experience in Data, Analytics, and AI.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs and senior business and technology leaders.
  • Translate complex business challenges into modern Data, Analytics, and AI-led solutions.
  • Drive expansion through data platform modernization, AI adoption, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Partner closely with Wavicle’s Alliances team, contributing to strategic relationships with Databricks, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Collaborate with partner field teams to execute co-sell motions, joint pursuits, and innovation programs.
  • Govern delivery performance in partnership with Delivery, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure consistent execution and client satisfaction.
