Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, majoring in health administration, business administration, IT, Business Analytics, or Data Science
- Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred)
- Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required
- A general understanding of the US healthcare industry
- An understanding of general strategic partnerships
- An understanding of fundamental business acumen
- Power BI
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Responsibilities
- Understand healthcare operations and the value of strategic partnerships
- Understand partnership governance/roles/responsibilities
- Assist with project portfolio management for the value partnerships
- Develop process maps and establish operational best practices in Value Partnerships including development of operational framework manual
- Support Engagement Managers in preparation for key leadership meetings (presentations, pre-read, agendas, minutes, etc.)
- Assist with building Microsoft Power BI reports
- Conduct data analysis using MS Excel
- Assist with creation of PowerPoint decks for all management levels
- Provide assistance with enabling digital tools to manage Value Partnership deliverables
