About You Do you want to help shape the commercial success of future pharma brands? Are you energized by leading project teams, mentoring others, and acting as a trusted thought partner to clients? Do you enjoy turning complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions? Are you a motivated consultant who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment working with global healthcare and pharmaceutical clients? Prescient is looking for an Engagement Manager to join our growing Commercial Practice. Do you have: Exceptional thinking skills that you can apply to building successful brand strategies? A passion for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry? A strong working knowledge of the US healthcare structure? Enthusiasm for working and achieving as part of a team? Great interpersonal skills? A strong focus on quality work, and a commitment to delivering to a deadline? If so, consider turning your expertise into a valuable career at Prescient. About Our Commercial Practice Prescient has three core practices: Commercial, Competitor Intelligence, and Medical. We partner with biopharma clients to support high‑impact strategic decision‑making across products and portfolios. Our teams combine deep life sciences expertise with strong strategic and analytical capabilities to deliver winning strategies. The Commercial Practice supports clients across the full product life cycle, helping them unlock the full potential of their brands through customer‑centric insight and rigorous strategic thinking. Our work spans brand strategy; brand positioning, value proposition, and brand story development; disease area and portfolio strategy; life-cycle management; new product planning; competitor strategy; workshop facilitation; and strategic primary and secondary market research. About the Opportunity As an Engagement Manager, you will routinely act as the project lead on multiple smaller engagements or as a workstream lead within larger, more complex projects. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, establishing yourself as a credible thought partner who understands client challenges and proactively identifies opportunities to add value. Engagement Managers often develop a clear area of specialization aligned with their experience and strengths. You will work across a mix of primary market research and strategy consulting projects, contributing to research design, analysis, insight generation, and the development of compelling client-ready deliverables. Many projects include interactive client workshops, where you will play a core facilitation role. In addition to project delivery, you will contribute to proposal development, budgeting, and account growth initiatives, as well as take on line management responsibilities.
