The Engagement Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of client implementations on a SaaS platform that ingests and processes pharmaceutical data on behalf of manufacturers. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining high standards of data quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. The Engagement Manager serves as the single point of contact for assigned clients and is a subject matter expert in specialty pharmaceutical data and the tools used to manage it.

  • Lead the implementation of SaaS solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturers, ensuring 100% adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Own all client deliverables and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams, clients, and Go-To-Market partners to gather feedback and apply continuous improvements.
  • Ensure 100% utilization of standard project management tools (e.g., RAID logs, project plans, mapping templates, status updates).
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of pharmaceutical data types including Specialty Pharmaceutical Dispensed and Status data, Copay and HUB data, and Channel data.
  • Guide clients on how to leverage these datasets for commercial insights, patient services, and supply chain visibility.
  • Validate data quality and completeness, ensuring alignment with client expectations and platform standards.
  • Collaborate with the Go-To-Market team to ensure all Change Orders and Statements of Work are documented, approved, and archived.
  • Monitor for scope creep and proactively manage changes through formal governance processes.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with internal policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Maximize use of available tools, templates, and training resources to streamline project delivery.
  • Contribute to the knowledgebase by documenting lessons learned and standardizing best practices.
  • Identify and propose at least one innovation per quarter related to process, platform, or client engagement.
  • Act as an agent of change, supporting the rollout of future-state enhancements and enterprise initiatives.
  • The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $108,500.00 - $301,600.00.
