About The Position

We are seeking for a Engagement Leader a strategic mid-leadership role responsible for orchestrating enterprise-level cloud migration initiatives across multiple projects and strategic customer accounts. The ideal candidate will oversee comprehensive migration planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and align technical solutions with business objectives. This position requires strong project management expertise, balanced technical understanding, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to deliver successful cloud transformation outcomes. The role involves managing migration portfolios, developing standardized approaches, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards—all while maintaining a focus on the client's long-term business goals and digital transformation journey.

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT experience, combining deep technical expertise and strong program management execution in enterprise environments
• Proven success in delivering 2-3 large-scale cloud migration programs involving 5000+ servers and 100+ applications
• Skilled in client relationship management, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and business leaders
• Experienced in developing migration roadmaps, managing multi-wave delivery, and driving adoption of cloud-first operating models
• Strong hands-on exposure to AWS core services (EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS) and migration tools including Application Discovery Service
• Adept in budget management of large-scale programs ($10-15M), including vendor contract oversight
• Well-versed in risk identification and mitigation, ensuring smooth execution of migration initiatives
• Experienced in onsite and offshore coordination, leading client-facing operations while aligning with distributed delivery teams
• Proficient in technical integration, working across infrastructure, application, security, and network domains
• Strong knowledge of quality gates, compliance, and governance frameworks for enterprise cloud adoption
• Skilled at facilitating communication between business and technical teams, translating complex issues into actionable strategies
• Certified in AWS Solutions Architect - Professional (preferred), with hands-on knowledge of modern cloud architectures

• Develop portfolio-level roadmaps and migration strategies
• Balance resources effectively across multiple concurrent migration initiatives
• Implement/Build standardized processes and templates to ensure consistency across the portfolio
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on modernization strategies and cloud adoption frameworks
• Align cloud migration initiatives with clients' business goals and digital transformation objectives
• Develop business cases and ROI models for cloud migration at enterprise scale
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across client engagements
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand application landscapes and dependencies
• Contribute to migration approach discussions, bridging business requirements with technical solutions
• Support architects in developing practical migration patterns that can be applied across projects
• Maintain awareness of relevant cloud technologies and migration best practices to facilitate informed decision-making
• Help translate technical concepts into business terms for effective stakeholder communication
