About The Position
The Engagement Director for WBGL in Champaign, IL, creates and executes all their community engagement efforts under the direction of the Station Manager and Program Director. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing community engagement efforts, including outreach events, concerts, contests, and other station initiatives to increase visibility and listener engagement. The Engagement Director will also build and maintain relationships with vendors, community contacts, and potential Business Sponsor clients, identifying opportunities for station growth.
