We are hiring for our client in Lombard, IL! They are expanding their customer experience team and are looking for a people-focused Engagement Customer Rep to represent their services and connect with the public.
Requirements

- Ability to stay motivated and enthusiastic in a face-to-face environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Initiate conversations with prospective customers in public and retail spaces
- Answer product and service-related questions with professionalism
- Help new customers enroll in services and understand offerings
- Maintain accurate reports of outreach efforts and sign-ups
- Ensure a consistent and positive brand message
