As the Engagement Coordinator, reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will ensure the provision of quality resident care in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations while supporting your team by planning, organizing and directing a program of activities. Engagement = enhancement and breakthrough. Bingo is fun, but we want activities full of zest/zing and excitement. Something new each day, not the same ole mundane. Activities that promote mind, body, strength and bring a new breath of fresh air to the heart and soul of our residents. The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting the day to day activities tailored to the needs of individual residents and to ensure that a new sparkle is added daily and not the same calendar week after week. Such activities promotes having fun while providing invigorating the social, recreational, spiritual and physical well-being of our residents. This position recruits and trains a team of volunteers to meet the needs of the activity programs.
