About The Position
Join the Public Affairs team at Larimer County in a meaningful role that helps bridge the gap between local government and the people we serve. We're looking for an Engagement Coordinator who is passionate about building genuine connections, encouraging civic engagement, and fostering public trust. In this role, you'll help bring our countywide engagement strategy to life. This involves planning community events, maintaining strong partnerships, managing outreach tools, and coordinating efforts across departments and with local organizations. This is a hybrid role; you'll split your time between working remotely, in the office, and out in the community. While most weeks follow a Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. schedule, we know that community events don't always happen during office hours. Some evenings or weekends may be needed, but we'll always give you advance notice and flexibility to make it work.
