Under the direction of the Engagement Supervisor, the Engagement Assistant will assist in planning, preparing and leading group activities designed to stimulate older adults with dementia. Key duties and responsibilities of the position include, but may not be limited to: Providing behavioral/emotional support and supervision for clients Monitoring the safety and welfare of clients by close observation and interaction and by adherence to program policies and schedules Regularly reporting on status of participants to Client Service Manager Performing other duties as assigned.
