The Control Systems organization has an immediate need for an Engineering Support Specialist in the Technical Documentation team to support various Actuation Systems applications including thrust vector control, missile fin control, space, marine and aircraft applications. You will work closely with internal customers, primarily Project Engineering, to support creation and development of documentation deliverables to external customers. The individual will be highly knowledge and experienced within Teamcenter, Testgate, WRS, and Microsoft Office Suite. Requirements

  • highly knowledge and experienced within Teamcenter, Testgate, WRS, and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Identification, collection, creation, process, edit, create, and management of program technical data items i.e. technical documentation [ex. test plans, acceptance procedures, test reports, similarity reports, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Subcontract Data Requirement List (SDRL), Product Specifications (PSC), etc.].
  • Manages contractual data item submittals and reporting to internal and external customers (i.e. agencies and customers).
  • Working with Project Engineering to plan, organize, edit, and create technical documents, specifications, and reports in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Identifies, compiles, creates, and tracks progress of contract data item submittals to customers including plans, reports, specifications, documents, drawings, schematics, models, procedures, presentations, analyses for project and program execution.
  • Coordinates and expedites the release of technical documents/data items into Teamcenter in cooperation with Configuration Management to ensure on-time delivery of contractual data item submittals to Honeywell customers.
  • Coordination with program personnel, such as, Program Management, Project Engineering, and Configuration Management.
