About The Position

The Enforcement Specialist will work closely with eControl enforcement attorneys, brand protection analysts, business development analysts, and Precision eControl customer success managers to support brand clients in maintaining and strengthening channel control. This role combines analytical expertise with operational support, leveraging seller and marketplace data to inform enforcement strategies while also coordinating key aspects of client enforcement programs. The Enforcement Specialist will analyze disruption patterns, seller behavior, and pricing trends to develop actionable insights, while also assisting enforcement attorneys with the execution and coordination of enforcement activities. This role serves as a critical link between data analysis and program execution, ensuring that client strategies are both data-driven and effectively implemented.

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in similar field.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in data analysis, brand protection, eCommerce, consulting, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI or similar)
  • Experience working with marketplace data (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketplace trends, disruption patterns, seller activity, and pricing behavior across multiple platforms.
  • Identify unauthorized sellers, channel leakage, and trends impacting brand control.
  • Synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights for attorneys and clients.
  • Utilize proprietary software tools to monitor marketplace disruptions, track enforcement activity and channel health, and synthesize data into actionable insights and trends for attorneys that align with client KPIs and strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate enforcement actions across platforms, including tracking targets, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Support attorneys in executing enforcement strategies and maintaining program workflows.
  • Draft and prepare enforcement-related communications, including notices, summaries, and status updates.
  • Monitor seller compliance and track outcomes of enforcement actions to inform next steps.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems and databases.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, summaries, and visualizations for internal teams and client updates.
  • Contribute to enforcement updates with both analytical insights and program activity tracking.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of data presented in client-facing materials.
  • Coordinate with Precision eControl customer success and Vorys eControl business development analysts, as needed, to advance client strategies and report on program impact.
  • Partner with enforcement attorneys to translate data insights into enforcement and channel control strategies.
  • Provide recommendations on prioritization of targets, escalation strategies, and program optimization.
  • Support development of client strategies focused on long-term channel control and brand protection.
