• Excellent interpersonal and public relation skills.
• Effective time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and databases.
• Commitment to a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Nice To Haves

• More than one year of experience for Ag Specialist or more than two years for Ag Advisor in relevant fields.
• Completion of a Legal Assistant Certification Program.
• Professional experience with the court system and filing court documents.
• Knowledge of state or federal pesticide and fertilizer regulations.
