About The Position

As an Energy Strategy & Business Operations Leader at 3M, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career. You will lead Vertical Businesses' strategy development and planning activities; manage market & competitive intelligence and benchmarking; drive prioritized strategic projects and change management; own revenue forecasting activities for the business; and lead business development and inorganic value creation activities for the segment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Five (5) years of business or consulting experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and visual graphics/chart creation.
• Proven track record in providing novel and innovative solutions to complex or difficult strategic issues.
• Very strong analytics and financial acumen.
• Ability to lead through influence at high levels in the organization.

• Ability to build a holistic business case leveraging market insights, internal realities, and financials.
• Work experience in the Energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vertical business strategy and strategic planning.
• Champion OKR method to shape and prioritize strategic initiatives to drive growth.
• Build forecast to track performance against strategy plan.
• Implement Key account insights & analytics external data on key account.
• Determine Industry insights & foresights through 3rd party research.
• Support Customer Roadmap definition vs 3M Roadmap.
• Be on-call regarding Critical Supply Chain for data, samples, POS, etc.
