The Energy Storage Program Associate Manager will collaborate with the Program Director and The Clean Fight team to design, manage and execute core programming across current and future initiatives. Responsibilities span the full program lifecycle, including startup sourcing and recruitment, selection process coordination, curriculum development, technical assistance provider management, event planning and delivery, engagement with startups and corporate partners, and related program services. This role will serve as a critical point of contact for cohort companies, ensuring strong day-to-day communication, while proactively identifying commercial, funding, and partnership opportunities across programs. This is a permanent role starting in December 2025. Candidates must commit to being available for both in-person and virtual events hosted by The Clean Fight. The Associate will report to the Program Director and work closely with the Head of Programs and Director of Business Development. The team operates under a flexible hybrid model, with in-person collaboration in the Manhattan office two days per week.
