The Utilities Project Manager acts as a liaison for CHP and subcontractors managing the day-to-day operations associated with the successful implementation of utility-funded energy efficiency projects in single-family and multifamily homes. Core responsibilities include conducting on-site inspections and quality control visits for proper installation, creating work and change orders, and maintaining project files for timely and accurate reporting. This position requires strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to travel locally and out of town throughout the CHP Energy Solution’s footprint of job sites. Working hours may vary, but customary hours are Monday –Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Occasional evening hours and overnight travel are required. Regular attendance and punctuality are required. This position may have the flexibility to work remotely with approval from the supervisor and in accordance with business needs.
