Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to coach and inspire the sales team for optimal performance and goal achievement
  • Lead team meetings and share best practices to drive sales targets
  • Exceed personal sales targets
  • Review team performance and provide ongoing training
  • Offer feedback to the sales team based on observations
  • Provide daily training sessions
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their best
