  • 1+ years of direct sales, canvassing, or team leadership experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals

  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • High energy and resilience in a performance-driven environment

  • Solar or renewable experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the Front: Canvass and close deals, maintain performance standards, and uphold compliance.
