Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a confident, positive attitude
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and open to learning
  • Coachable and growth-minded
  • Full-time availability (Mon–Fri, 11 AM – 8 PM)
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus, full training provided

Responsibilities

  • Educate: Start real conversations with homeowners about renewable energy options.
  • Guide: Help customers understand how switching to clean energy benefits their home and community.
  • Enroll: Walk customers through a seamless, accurate enrollment process — no confusion, no pressure.
  • Grow: Sharpen your skills daily with ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Achieve: Set goals, hit targets, and celebrate your wins with a supportive, high-energy team.
  • Lead: Represent Mpower with professionalism, confidence, and purpose while opening the door to leadership opportunities.
