This is a 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped commission potential. Requirements
- Previous door-to-door or commission sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to work evenings and Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door-to-door prospecting, canvassing
- Educate homeowners on solar energy solutions
- Set appointments or close deals (depending on experience level)
- Work assigned territories within 40 miles of Stockton
