About The Position

Rogue Solar is a veteran-founded, fast-growing company that helps homeowners and businesses take control of rising energy costs through solar, roofing, insulation, and security solutions. As a Home Energy Consultant, you will meet with qualified homeowners and business owners who already have appointments set by our development team. This role involves consulting with customers to understand their goals, designing solar and home energy systems that make sense for them, guiding them through financing and approvals, and owning the relationship through the install handoff. If you enjoy solving problems, leading conversations, and being trusted to deliver, this role is for you.
