Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Coachable, motivated, and career-driven
• Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• No prior experience required — we provide all training

Responsibilities

• Represent renewable energy solutions to residential customers
• Work in pre-assigned and supported territories (no cold calling or telemarketing)
• Follow a proven sales process alongside trained leadership
• Meet individual and team goals in a structured and supportive environment
• Track performance and progress toward advancement opportunities
