About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Energy Project Sales Executive to lead the sales of HVAC systems and building automation solutions. This role requires a consultative seller who can articulate technical solutions, quantify energy savings, and demonstrate ROI to commercial and institutional clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC Energy project sales.
  • Proven ability to sell complex solutions with measurable ROI.
  • Strong understanding of building automation systems and energy efficiency technologies.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with energy modeling tools and financial analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LEED, ASHRAE, and energy codes.
  • Knowledge of ESCO models and performance contracting.
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HVAC and building automation projects.
  • Conduct site assessments and collaborate with engineering teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Present ROI analyses, energy savings models, and financial justifications to decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
  • Stay current on utility rebates, incentive programs, and energy regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, building owners, and consultants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
