The Role: This is a full-cycle residential solar sales role. There is flexibility in how you generate business — but performance is required. At Sunlarus Energy, we are changing how Florida powers its homes. We don’t "sell" solar panels; we rent them. As an Energy Partner, your mission is to be a community educator. You aren't there to "close a deal" on the doorstep. You are there to build a relationship, analyze their energy viability, and show them a smarter way to manage their utility costs. The Relationship Builder: You understand that a "No" today is often a "Maybe" tomorrow. You prioritize the brand's reputation over a quick signature. The Tech-Savvy Advisor: You’ll use our internal AI tools to show homeowners exactly how our rental model impacts their specific roof and energy bill. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Canvassing with Purpose: Engaging with the Orlando community to identify homes that are prime candidates for solar rental.
  • Consultative Analysis: Using our proprietary logic to provide homeowners with an honest assessment of their project viability.
  • Relationship Management: Managing a "pipeline" of neighbors, following up to answer questions, and acting as their primary point of contact throughout the transition. Sunlarus also expects that you’ll build relationships with other agents, mortgage brokers, and home inspectors to create a steady stream of warm leads.
  • Simplifying the "Why": Explaining the massive benefits of renting (maintenance-free, no debt) versus the traditional high-cost solar purchase. You’ll also conduct initial home assessments and work with our technical team to present proposals that show clear monthly savings.
