LOTO Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage the Lockout/Tagout program across all facilities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to energy isolation.
Training and Education: Conduct regular training sessions for employees on LOTO procedures, emphasizing the importance of energy isolation for safety.
Provide ongoing education to staff on updates to LOTO policies and best practices.
Inspections and Audits: Perform regular inspections and audits to assess the effectiveness of LOTO procedures.
Identify and address any deficiencies in energy isolation practices and documentation.
Procedure Development: Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and update LOTO procedures based on changes in equipment or processes.
Ensure that all LOTO procedures are well-documented, accessible, and easily understood by employees.
Incident Response: Lead investigations into incidents related to energy isolation failures.
Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve overall safety.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changes in safety regulations and standards related to energy isolation.
Ensure that the LOTO program aligns with the latest regulatory requirements.
Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance, operations, and safety teams to integrate LOTO procedures seamlessly into daily work practices.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote a culture of safety awareness.

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing Lockout/Tagout programs in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
In-depth knowledge of energy isolation principles, procedures, and equipment.
Strong understanding of relevant safety regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, ASP) is a plus.
