Our Energy & Sustainability team plays a central role in advancing these goals by improving building performance, reducing environmental impact, and supporting compliance with key regulatory standards. We are looking for a collaborative, analytical, and proactive professional who will help drive MSK’s energy initiatives, manage environmental data, and support operational excellence across a sophisticated healthcare environment. Role Overview: Support MSK’s energy management strategy through data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting. Manage and maintain energy and sustainability systems, including utility databases, dashboards, and ENERGY STAR benchmarking. Lead or support energy efficiency projects, retro-commissioning efforts, and incentive/rebate programs. Partner with Engineering, Operations, and external consultants to identify opportunities that reduce consumption and improve system performance. Support compliance with local energy regulations, including data submissions and documentation. Supervise environmental metrics (energy, water, emissions, waste) and communicate insights to leadership. Assist in evaluating utility procurement strategies and maintaining productive relationships with utility providers. Contribute to sustainability initiatives, communications, and continuous improvement efforts.
