The Work: Utilizes the Microsoft 365 suite of tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Lists, and Forms to maintain existing solutions, perform troubleshooting to alleviate any technical impacts, and develop modernization UI/UX, reporting, and internal team process solutions. Develops and implements Microsoft APIs, or equivalent APIs with SharePoint. Identifies appropriate issues to escalate to Microsoft in the form of cases and collaborates with Microsoft to implement case solutions.
