About The Position

As an Energy Field Advisor, you’ll work directly with homeowners to evaluate their energy needs, provide guidance on solar and renewable solutions, and help them make informed decisions about transitioning to clean energy. This is a field-based role that combines consulting, customer education, and sales. Full training is provided—no prior solar experience required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required); Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, relatable way
• Motivated, adaptable, and goal-driven personality
• Previous experience in sales, consulting, or field services is helpful but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Visit residential properties to evaluate energy consumption and site suitability
• Educate homeowners on solar and renewable energy options
• Develop and present personalized energy-saving proposals
• Guide customers through the decision-making and financing process
• Collaborate with sales, design, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
