About The Position
The Program Administrator for Energy Efficiency will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) overseeing program management and client relations. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure program goals are met, managing documentation, and providing quality assurance for projects. The PA will also be responsible for tracking program performance and resolving customer escalations, all while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
