Please note - this role is remote, but will required to work during Pacific Time business hours We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Energy Efficiency Program Specialist. This role supports Strategic Energy Management (SEM) programs for one or multiple clients that help industrial and/or commercial program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management. For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… Project reporting for client programs and dozens of participant companies Planning and partnering with SEM coaches and program managers for both on-site and behind-the-scenes program implementation Prepare for and participate in client meetings Attend and help facilitate all aspects of participant group and one-on-one workshops from planning to follow-up reporting and action planning Client and participant report reviewing, editing, and writing for technical and non-technical audiences Program material development, review and editing Maintain communications and data sharing systems between clients, customers and internal team Track participant milestone Analyze and provide historical data for client and internal use – could be in the form of graphics, text content or other. Participant and utility data collection, review, and preparation for statistical modeling Create technical content and intellectual property Develop new and improve existing internal tracking and project management systems

Requirements

• 2+ years project coordination/management experience in a professional environment
• Extensive experience with MS Office

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Responsibilities
