About The Position

The Energy Efficiency Program Manager at Exelon is responsible for the development, delivery, and management of energy efficiency programs approved by the NJ BPU. This role focuses on ensuring cost recovery and minimizing performance risk while managing subcontractors and vendors. The position also involves coordinating with various departments to provide logistical, marketing, and planning support, as well as monitoring and verifying the delivery of energy savings and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering or business) or equivalent experience.
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in project management and technology assessment.
  • Ability to multi-task across various projects and deliver quality work within deadlines.
  • Analytical and technical support skills for program evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage energy efficiency programs and oversee subcontractors delivering energy efficiency services.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics for each program.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of energy efficiency programs, including evaluation and design.
  • Develop and implement business plans for assigned programs, focusing on achieving goals and integrating with other offerings.
  • Update program status reports to monitor progress toward performance and financial goals.
  • Support the Sr Energy Efficiency Program Manager with budgeting and performance reporting.
