Join our team as a part-time Energy Efficiency Program Associate and help make clean energy accessible to Texas homeowners! Reporting to our Director of Lending and Investment, you'll support our residential energy efficiency loan program with a focus on homeowner application processing. You'll manage the day-to-day intake and pipeline coordination for Clean Energy Fund of Texas’ residential loan programs, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience for homeowner applicants from initial intake through documentation completion while maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, clear and professional communication in both English and Spanish, and a genuine commitment to serving homeowners in underserved communities.
