As an Associate Energy Certifications Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the preparation, completion, and delivery of essential documentation, keeping us at the forefront of industry standards.

Requirements

Minimum of High school diploma or GED equivalent
HERS Rater Certification, training to be provided.
Experienced in communicating effectively with a variety of audiences, including customers, clients, and colleagues.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment (internal and external clients!).
A self-starter with the ability to make sound decisions based on independent judgment.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Nice To Haves

1-2 Years of Construction Knowledge (preferred)

Responsibilities

Learn the process of coordinating and finalizing regulatory and compliance documents.
Pursue and obtain RESNET Certifications (training and testing fully covered by Arcxis!).
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
Deliver compliance deliverables and contribute to departmental reporting.

Foster collaboration across departments to achieve strategic alignment.
Experienced in communicating effectively with a variety of audiences, including customers, clients, and colleagues.
